TECHNOLOGY

We develop unique transformations for your high-value products from mg to several gram-scale.

ACTIV-H provide a versatile and exclusive approach enabling selective modifications at unactivated or metabolically sensitive positions of Natural Products from biomass, APIs or chemical entities.

Our primary mission revolves around granting access to exclusive molecules through charge-driven mediated transformations. We possess extensive expertise in handling acidic media exhibiting negative pH acidity from 0 to Hammet value of -24. Consequently, the reactivity of molecules is fully shifted from standard cation behaviour to a unique superelectrophilic chemistry.

Our technology offers an unparalleled alternative in the field of chemical activation, carrying out transformations unreachable under conventional conditions.

''A unique activation mode to deliver unique molecules''

Superacid Chemistry

Our aim is to offer access to a unique molecular diversity

We have developed a robust combination of techniques of superacid and flow chemistry enabling an accurate control of reactions to generate never-reported molecules.

Under superacid activation, molecules are polyprotonated, ''confined'' in a protic environment. Their reactivity is shifted from neutral molecules to activated polyprotonated superelectrophiles widening synthetic perspectives. The specificity and selectivity are the key feathers of our solution, guaranteeing precision and efficiency unmatched by other avalaible methods.

This favors the development of original synthetic methods with no equivalent in classical organic chemistry.

APPLICATIONS

Our technology and expertise provides a unique toolbox to solve synthetic and reactivity challenges with the potential to access your targeted molecules or discover new transformations.
